Other non-retail business with offices within Oregon that remain open have been ordered (effective date today, March 25th) to "facilitate telework and work-at-home by employees, to the maximum extent possible." Further, the order states, "Work in offices is prohibited whenever telework and work-at-home options are available, in light of position duties, availability of teleworking equipment, and network adequacy" (Page 5, "Workplace Restrictions" section, Point 9).
